    Feel more at ease in a seaside environment. Learning to read the language of the sea will increase your confidence and enable you to judge for yourself when it is safe to swim in the sea. Increasing your knowledge about tides, currents, wind and waves will ensure you are in control of your own safety so you can relax and enjoy.

    If you engage in water sports or spend time in or on the sea (boat trips included), the safety of yourself, your friends and family is vital! Techniques learnt in this program will keep you calm and in control ensuring your sea experience is an enjoyable and safe one. Lessons are conducted in calm, shallow water where you can stand.

    Learn this essential life skill! Float with ease and feel safe in the sea by calming your breath, your body and your mind for a peaceful, relaxing experience. Learning to float will keep you calm and safe and is the essential first step in learning to swim.

  • Sea Beneath
